walli dimmer - fluorescent tubes

Question

Posted

hello
I have a walli dimmer and I set it to turn on/off, 2 neon fluorescent tubes. The problem is that it doesn't want to work at all. Do I need to change other parameters? Thanks

Maybe they are not dimmable - better use a walli switch

Thanks for the tip, @awlieser. Do you know if the Walli dimmer has a setting for non-dimmable fluorescent tubes, or is a switch really the only option?

I set parameter 172 to have the on/off function and I was thinking that maybe another parameter needs to be set for it to work.
