Yubii App does not “ app refresh” in the background.

I have a HC3 with HCL as a slave …. Both operating on Zwave V3 …. I have about 120 devices connected. The system is working well in a new house about 12 months old. The internet is ‘fibre to the house’ operating at 100 Mbps.   My issue is that my 2 iPhone 15 pro’s and 2 IPad pros running the Yubii App ( latest software) will not refresh unless I close the App and reopen… every time.  All apple devices have the setting “ Background App Refresh “ turned on. Does any one have any ideas as to what I can do to get the App to respond when I open it without having to close it down and reopen on every occasion.  I would greatly appreciate your advice .

Sometimes cached data or an update bug can cause this kind of problem, reinstalling can help.

    Thanks for your reply. I appreciated that. I have tried clearing the cache several times but no improvement. I’ve been through software updates on 4 x IOS phone/ ipads, Fibaro HC3 and HC3L and I’ve rebooted the modem several times as well but this deficiency has remained for nearly 12 months now. I have been disappointed that my messages the Fibaro Technical Support remain unanswered. I remain hopeful that a Yubii update will fix the issue in due course.  Any other ideas ?

    Latest update on this issue. Fibaro Tech Services suggested that I try using the old app for iPhone (V 1.23.2) and now after a week of constant use I have had had no need to close the app and restart it.  So as much as I dislike going backwards , on this occasion, it has proven to be successful. I’m hopeful that an update to the Yubii Home App  will allow a return to the latest software version.
