Develo Home Control gets offline end of 2025.

Can I switch to Fibaro Home Center Lite 3 and integrate my existing develop stuff?

It depends a bit on what your develop stuff is. I don't know how the Develo Home Control works, but I cannot imagine it will integrate. You will have to rewrite your scenes, maybe create quickapps. The z-wave devices will integrate, Zigbee devices most of the time, sometimes not.
