Hi all,

I was wondering - I have some devices which are linked to google home but not available in HC3. Is it possible to have a button in a QA to trigger a different device in google home?

Thanks,

Not direclty. But eventually you can.

Lets say you want to turn on your Tuya led when some switch is turned on in Fibaro.

So you create an automation in Google home that triggers when the FIbaro switch is ON and turns on your Tuya led.

This works also with any type of switch in fibaro. It can be even a virtual QA switch.

If you want programatically send a trigger to Google, it is not possible, at least i dont know about it.

But even if you want to do it programatically from QA, the logic is the same. Just create a virtual switch, and from a QA you can turn on, off the switch, on any event that you want, and after that in google home you create an automation as i mentioned above.

We used this approach in every single installation we had so far.
