Why is secret variable stored with downloaded open source Quick app?

Just playing with my two HC3 and I downloaded my quick app as open source and then uploaded to another HC3 and noticed that it is working since password stored in secret variable was obviously not reset in downloaded quick app.

 

Didn't try that with encrypted quick app, but I believe that secret variables should be not saved regardless if quick app is downloaded as open source or encrypted.

 

Am I right?

I cannot confirm.
That bug was in the deep past and was fixed time ago.
I have just checked it for non-encrypted QuickApp (at 5.183.63 (beta) of course)

After install, secret variable got value "********", instead of "1234" i had there at the moment of saving fqa.
So it works in such way for longer time, no regresion here.

thanks for checking. It is possible that I'm mistaken, will try again. It is possible that I wrote few of this QA that renew tokens, but not passwords.
