Heat Controller does not synchronize with the schedule

Question

Posted (edited)

In the climate panel I have a living room zone, 3 thermostats are added to this zone

I tried synchronizing the schedule, and sometimes it helps, but as you can see, not always. I have about 15 thermostats and several climate zones. Is it possible to set them all to 19 degrees Celsius at 10 PM, or is it better to set a time difference between the zones to avoid clogging up Z-Wave traffic?

For future reference: the Heat Controllers were added in S2 mode. With that amount of encrypted communication happening simultaneously, some thermostats didn’t receive the setpoints properly. After removing and re-adding the thermostats without encryption, everything started working fine.

    Hi @marczu_83,
I have the same problem. contacted the support but they were never able to help.
Do you confirm the problem is solved when including without encryption ?

In my case, after adding it in unencrypted mode, everything works correctly.

afaik, the heat controller supports the Z-Wave COMMAND_CLASS_SUPERVISION in S2 mode, which should normally prevent incomplete communication, so must be something related to sync.

It’s possible, but in in my case adding them without S2 helped — I didn’t make any other changes in the meantime. Earlier, I tried adding them again, but in S2 mode, and that didn’t solve the problem.

My support ticket is still open and without anwser :/

I can confirmed that adding u encrypted solves the sync issue too.

I have a ticket opened for several month (more than a year) and was never solved too.

I also tried to remove an reinclude in s2 and the problem is back.
