Roller Shutter 3 and Google Assistant

Question

Posted

Hi everyone,

I switched from SmartThings to HC2 to resolve numerous latency issues with my devices, almost all of which are Fibaro (Roller Shutter, Single and Double Switch).
Regarding the lights, I've resolved every issue, but now I'm having a problem with bulk commands from Google Assistant.
If I tell it to open or close a single roller shutter, I have no problems, but if I send a multiple command, such as "open all shutters" or "open kitchen shutters," some shutters aren't recognized, and Google says "I can't find kitchen shutter 2, try checking your settings."
If, following this error, I ask for the individual opening or closing of that shutter, the command is successful.
The problem seems to be related only to the roller shutters; I can turn the lights on and off without any problems.
What could be the cause? Am I doing something wrong in the settings?

Thanks at all,

Lorenzo
