Today, after updating to 5.190.36, ZigBee is completely dead - nothing works!
Restoring a backup and an earlier version doesn't help.

I had similar Issue - but not all my Zigbee died. I have had success in going into the add devices page, clicking add device and selecting Zigbee then start adding. This has brought most of mine back online, I still have 2 light bulbs showing as off line but motion sensors still trigger my scenes so I'm not overly concerned ( at the moment)

  • Settings
  • Devices
  • Add Device
  • Zigbee
  • Start Adding
    • Then let the system go through the 3 min add process and wait until it times out

It's not ideal, but I find that most of the time, this fixes my Zigbee Issues.

Now, before people jump on the "That's what you get for  using the Zigbee Beta" bandwagon, Here in Australia we are limited on Zwave options and secondly, the HC3 was marketed as having Zigbee, so in my opinion, after all this time it should function better that what we have currently

@wojtas810 I hope this works for you as it did me

I forgot to say, if it's a battery powered device you may have to wake it up after you click start adding

Our developers are currently working to resolve the issue, which is related to a firmware incompatibility with the chip manufacturer. Please try disconnecting the ZigBee device from power.

I tried your idea, and nothing worked. What helped was a factory reset and restoring the previous version. What's worse is that after a power outage, the system switches to system A or B, and I have no idea why it chooses this way and what the purpose of this is... sigh.

Try that, works like a clock for me. Just yesterday had a same issue and was able to recover using this procedure

That's very strange that Fibaro Zigbee still a beta and many devices fail to connect to Fibaro HC3. Most of devices that able to be included are missing a lot of parameters setting.

While Tuya/Smart life application is able to connect and set 100% percent of the devices on the market with very stable connection. Never saw random disconnection of the devices on Tuya

It could be a good Idea to copy Tuya engine into HC3😀

Aktualnie pracujemy nad lepszą integracją z większą liczbą urządzeń Zigbee. Bądźcie czujni!

    I'll keep my word!

Hopefully it won't be like the marketing at the HC3 launch, because 5/6 years have passed and we're still waiting :)

Great news, but please do not forget to make Zigbee communication more stable. Currently endless disconnections make Zigbee unreliable.
