Hello everyone, my HC2 wouldn't update from version 4.570 to version 4.630. I contacted Fibaro support, and they said they somehow initiated the update, but it didn't work. The HC2 web interface no longer works, and the resetting screen constantly returns. The device's recovery mode also doesn't work. Since it's no longer unusable, I tried to transfer it to another working device via Fibaro ID. This time, it got stuck on the resetting HC2 screen, and the process didn't complete. It kept refreshing, but it couldn't be canceled. After these steps, I checked my other working device and saw that the backup mode was no longer working and that it was giving an internet connection error. I performed a recovery, but nothing changed. It wouldn't take backups, wouldn't revert to the previous backup, and wouldn't even accept the backup I downloaded locally. As you can see, both of my devices are experiencing problems. Does anyone have any ideas how we can solve this? Thank you in advance for your support. If you need to check, I can share remote access via a fixed IP address.
