Unable to add new Z-Wave devices

I'm asking this for a family member which does not speak or write English.

He has moved into a new apartment, and there they got an Fibaro Home Center 3 Lite unit.
When they moved in the HC3L was already set up with thermometers for 2 bathrooms, entrace, 2 bedrooms and kitchen/living room.
But he does not know how to add new devices, mainly from Nexa (Z-Wave compatible) which controls light sources.
He has tried both Yubii Home and Yubii Home Center, but it seems impossible to find the right mode to register new devices.

Anyone ?

Hello

after login, please go to settings -> device -> add device ->z-wave device->Start 

 

U can reset device or first remove device to be sure  before adding
