Thermostatic heads temperature settings

Question

Posted

Hi, I have a small problem this heating season. When the temperature schedule changes and all thermostatic heads need to be reset to a different temperature, some of the heads do not reset and the hourglass icon remains lit at their set temperature. However, when I set the temperature manually, the temperature changes and is transferred to the app. This never happened last year. Has there been a change in the software where it doesn't check if a temperature change has been made? Sometimes the hourglass doesn't even appear and the old value remains! I would assume that Fibaro continuously checks the temperature settings. Can anyone explain this to me? Note: the heads communicate normally, but I cannot rule out the possibility that when the temperature changes, the Z-Wave network becomes overloaded and some heads do not receive the signal. In that case, I would expect continuous monitoring and correction. Thank you.

Hi.
The issue should be checked by the technical department.

Please prepare the following information:
1) Information about the gateway
- type - HC3, HC3L, YH, etc.
- installed software version
- whether you use Gateway Connection or not. If so, please provide details
2) Information about devices
- how many and what type of thermostats you have. Please note their version.
3) Settings
- schedule details
- which devices are included in it
4) Logs from when the problem occurred
- ideally, you should be able to reproduce the problem, download the logs, and send them for analysis
Logs downloading - paste this address into your browser window: <gateway_ip>/api/service/logsDump

and contact our technical support department: support.fibaro.com.
With this amount of information, support should forward it for detailed analysis.
