Can not login to cloud, with valid user and password . ( I didn't change nothing)

Can not login via Yubii app to my account. I try to use  valid user and password .  I didn't change nothing.  Also login via web browser to server doesn't work.  Getting error wrong user or password.   Locally I'm able to connect to my HC3.

In hc3 settings

> acces > check if remote acces is still enabled.

check in Network if LAN or WiFi is connected to the Internet

Thank you .  I've checked all that settings and everything was  set correctly. But still not works. It seems like my password was somehow reseted on server   without my interaction . But locally I can login with that password.

Are you sure you use the right credentials for remote login? They aren’t the same as the local login.

Thanks for tip.  Yes I believe,  I'm using right credentials.

I can see in settings , that there is an option to set local credentials and understand that these can be two different strings, but I have set the same string for all / both. Motivation was to have easier life and remember only one password for Fibaro world.  

 

At the end I will probably need to reset the password , but don't understand how it is possible that it was changed or reset without my interaction. It seems like this for me.
