Fibaro ID not conneted - cloud backup not reachable

Hi,

 

can any help me out?

 

Unfortunately the fibaro id is not connected and I don't know where to connect it. 

 

My HC3 is wired. 

When looking at the cloud its active.

How do I connect to HC3 with my fibaroID?

It's a long time ago for me but as you can see in the cloud there is no user?

I guess you did not  fill all tabs in.

Walk again through install.

If local install HC3 is done you can go to cloud.

I'm not sure how to walk through the install again? 

Could you elaborate on it? Maybe explain it in detail?

I would like to prefer to avoid a factory reset since I then have to add all devices again.

What happens if add a user? I think that's the way to connect user after logging in Yubii?

@Sjakie Still the same. Did even try to install another HC3 that I have - same problem no connection.

With two HC3 having same problem on the same home network I start looking at the network and ISP security setup.
