Problem with my Fibaro Walli

Question

Posted
Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Fibaro Walli (product n° FG-WREU111-AS-80)

When I press the control button to raise or lower the shutter, the shutter moves for about two seconds, then it always stops instead of going all the way up or down. If I press the button again, the same thing happens. After repeating this several times, it eventually manages to go all the way up or down.

This does not seem to be due to the shutter motor, which is recent and does not struggle when raising or lowering the shutter. So I think it’s caused by the Walli.

This video clearly shows the issue :

Do you have any idea where the problem might be coming from?

Thanks everyone and have a great day.
