Trying to set up new user on the system after home purchase

Hi there,

Just purchased a new house with a Fibaro system 2.  Have set up an account but when I try to transfer the system to my account using the serial number it says that the system is already in use with another user.  The old owner said they reached out to ask to be removed.  I have opened a ticket with tech support and it has not been actioned.

Any advice?

The previous owner can remove the HC2 themself, by logging on to the remote access and push the trash icon. 

 

 

Or add you as user, transfer the admin rights.
