Dear Sirs,

I am writing to report a significant issue encountered with the support services of FIBARO. After migrating from one HC2 to another using the tool provided by Fibaro, the automatically configured users do not have the necessary administrative rights, effectively preventing the system's restoration.

Ticket #373967 has been open for two weeks now, but I have yet to receive any response. This lack of support compels me to dismantle an entire home automation solution, which includes two HC2s, 35 switches, 5 roller shutter switches, motion sensors, smoke detectors, door sensors, heating systems, and flood sensors.

This is an extremely unpleasant situation, and I strongly advise against it for anyone.
