Guys,
I’ve noticed that some people have been complaining about Heatit devices, and we’ve already posted about a few issues ourselves. However, I’d like to highlight one more issue that is really disturbing and disappointing.
The relay is sending power/energy reports 2–3 times per second, which is overloading the network. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it on our side. We’ve tried reconfiguring the device, disabling energy reports, and pretty much everything else we could think of—but nothing helped.
I would really appreciate it if someone from Heatit could assist here, as this case is related to a large-scale installation. We’re concerned that this behavior could cause serious problems in our system.
Can anyone help with this? I would be very thankful.
