Device parameters on z-wave engine 3.0

I have a couple of z-wave devices without template. In the past (on z-wave engine 2.0) I added the parameters and config in the UI and it worked as expected.

How do I manually add parameters for z-wave devices without template on z-wave engine3.0?

If I need to create templates, any tutorials around how to do that? 

The devices I need this for is:

  • Aeotec Wallmote Quad
  • Steinel Xled Home 2
