Home Center 2 — firmware 4.056, no update button

Hello,

I have a Fibaro Home Center 2 with the current firmware version: 4.056.
In the control panel there is no button to update the software, and in Recovery there is also no option to download or update the system.

The situation is as follows:
- In the mobile app and in my Fibaro account the device appears in red (offline).
- In the configuration menu there is no Fibaro ID section.
- In Recovery the "Download" button is inactive.

I understand that version 4.056 is outdated, and without updating it is impossible to connect HC2 to the cloud and use the mobile app.
Could you please advise where I can get a newer firmware (for example 4.6xx) to install manually via Recovery USB?
I would appreciate a direct link or instructions on how to request the image from support.
