Trouble updating HC3 / No succesfull backup copy

Hi! Recently bought a house with a fibaro HC3 +++ , it has a pendig update that im not able to innstall. 

 

The first issue that occured was trying to make a backup, both local and cloud based. When doing the backup it loads normal, and no error occurs, and when the backup seems to be complete it just takes me back to the backup page, but there is no new backup from that day. i can see the last backup created was 22.06.2023 created as an auto backup. No autobackup since then. 

 

When i gave up on trying to backup i pressed install update with no backup, and when the update is close to complete the update creashes and just says error while updating. 

 

I have tried rebooting, and also making the HC3 powerless. ive tried on multiple occasions but still no.

 

What could be the issue?
