Create instance of com.fibaro.textLabel fails

Question

Posted (edited)

Im trying to create a child that should handle text (Status) but it just wont work..

Class:

class 'TextLabel' (QuickAppChild)
function TextLabel:__init(device)
    QuickAppChild.__init(self, device)
    self:debug("textlabel init")
    self:debug("Initialized child device for Textlabel: " .. self.name)
end

CreateChild:
local Opmode = self:createChildDevice({
        name = "Melcloud Operational Mode",
        type = "com.fibaro.textLabel"
    }, TextLabel)

initChildren:
self:initChildDevices({
        ["com.fibaro.textLabel"] = TextLabel,
        ["com.fibaro.temperatureSensor"] = Temperature,
        ["com.fibaro.multiLevelSensor"] = MultiLevel,
    })

Any idea why this wont work?
The other 2 (Temperature and MultiLevel) works

This is the error i get:
./quickApp.lua:432: attempt to index a nil value (local 'child')

    Seems com.fibaro.textLabel doesnt work as expected but i got a suggestion to use multilevelSensor instead and use "unit" which seems to work..

    Since our QuickApp children will change ID´s if we, for example, add another child and need to re-create all children, is there a way to get a childs value by using its property name instead of ID from a scene?
