Z-Wave Thermostatic Head Malfunction (Blinking Cyan and showing as out of power)

Question

Posted

Dear all, I have Yubii Home (5.200.13) and several Z-Wave thermostatic heads (Version 4.10). One of these heads started blinking Cyan color and from the Dashboard it shows as 0% power. I have tried to push the button on the head, keep it pushed, reconfigure the device from the dashboard, power the head for an entire night. All to no avail. Is it just broken and I need to replace it or is there something else I can try?

This is how it shows in my dashboard:

And is the battery charged up?? Are you sure?? For me it happened one time, that i used a china made charger, so it could not charge it up.

Thanks Neo Andersson to take the time to answer. I tried with multiple chargers and I don't think that is the problem. I am in a situation where I would even be ready to buy another Z-wave, as I believe the old one has a HW problems, the issue is that I can't remove the device from the configured ones. Neither by "Force Remove" nor by "Exclusion Mode". The device remains visibile at 0% battery and I can't remove it. Even if I would buy a new one I would be stuck with the old broken one.

Any idea about how to remove it?
