net.HTTPClient missing response body for 4xx

I'm trying to call an external API from my QA. In some cases API returns HTTP 400 status and some details in JSON body. The problem is I'm not able to get the response body for other HTTP statuses than 200. Sample app and an output below: Please login or register to see this code.
