Hello - is there a list I can access of previously deleted devices?

I have two Aeotec Smart Plugs which were removed unceremoniously and now I cannot get them recognised despire resetting them, leaving them disconnected for months, trying to have them join with or without security.

I'm hoping there is a list somewhere of "ignored devices" or "deleted devices"I could reset so I can use these plugs.

TIA.

PS - adding via HA doesn't work either. And I'm not resetting the entire Z-Wave network (there's about 40 devices that do work impeccably).

It is in your backup, but I don't think restoring will work if you already reset the device.

Did you try the "Remove device button" of the Home Centre?

Even if the smart plug is not in HC, the "Remove device button" wil reset the plug and prepare it for adding again.
Had some issue's in the past that resetting a device, according the manual would not let me add it again.
But the removing sequence, from any zwave controller, did the trick.
