Bad set temperature

I have 4 fibaro heat Controlel. All have it in once lua scene. All have same settings. If i create heat on fire place, than Heat controler is set max. If Fire place stop burn, than 3 heat controler back on preset temperature on scenario. Once heat controler its set on 30 celsius, than wait on next change on scenario. Why?
