KNX connection error after reconnect

I've setup a test setup with a Jung IPS300SREG IP interface.

First connection with the HC3 (v 5.201.18 (beta)) went smooth.

 

When I unplugged the setup for a few days and reconnected the setup with the network, the HC3 was not able to connect to the KNX IP interface. 

The IP adres of both HC3 and KNX ip interface are the same.
I've tried some things but at the end, I had to remove and reconfigure it to get it working. 

This caused the removal of all devices.

 

Any idea why this happens?

Could you pull the logs from the system and attach them here or send them via private message?

Path to download them is: <hub IP>/api/service/logsDump

If you also put some timeline when this happened it will help us to look for the cause.
