    Auto Recovery solved the case.

    I will stay on version 5.201...

    We’d like to review this case in more detail. Please send the serial number of your hub in a private message and make sure support access is enabled. This will help us diagnose the issue more efficiently.

    Mine is also stuck in starting services. 
    A reboot is not solving it.
    Please advise what the best next step is.

    Hmmm, I have upgraded my HC3 from previous beta to this one without any problems. But then again, I have only few z-wave devices included for testing and no Zigbee devices, just lots of quick apps.

    There is an issue with thermostat linked devices. If you have such devices you might experience this problem. In such a case please restore to previous version and wait for update. It should be released asap.

    I have the same problem . I have tried the normal software update process but it got stuck in the restart process and would not complete. I reverted to 5.201.18 via the recovery process.  I tried to download the software again in Recovery on the non-active system but that had the same problem. It would not complete the re-start.  Technical Support sent me a file separately but It would not upload. I’m not sure why.  Anyway it certainly looks like a bug to me and I have reverted to 5.201.18 which works just fine for now.  I look forward to a solution emerging soon.
