Restoring to version 5.201.18 does NOT solve the issue :-(

@Pflug are you sure those device ever got the templates?

Maybe you did notice this now.

Could you provide a example device model with the Z-Wave version od it?

I will check that.

We never removed any of the existing templates, maybe you never checked the disgnostic page before.

Lack od templates does not mean device is not working.

After updating to 5.202.,54, the device addition feature on Home Center 3 no longer works. It displays the message "Unable to start adding process." Restarting the device resolves the issue only once, but after restarting, the device addition process starts but either fails to find or add the device, or freezes. Attempting to start the device addition process again results in the same "Unable to start adding process" message.

Hi,
could you please provide more details about this issue?

Specifically:

  • What devices are you trying to add (model/type)?
  • Does the issue occur with all devices or only specific ones?
  • Have you performed a reset of the hub or the devices?

Hi!

- Heltun High Load Switch 2ch ( HE-HLS2-ZW )

- I only added this device 👆

- I've restarted the hub several times. After restarting, the addition process starts, but it either doesn't find any new devices or freezes during the process. After a few attempts, the addition process either doesn't start or gets interrupted after a few seconds, resulting in the error "Unable to start adding process." After restarting, the same issue occurs again.

P.S. if it helps solve the problem, I can make a video

Could you please gather the hub logs and send them to us in a private message?

To download them, please enter the following address in your browser: gateway_IP/api/service/logsDump, and then send us the downloaded file.

this page is not loading, I waited for 15 minutes, chrome is spinning the loading cursor, but nothing is loading, but the problem was solved during the next attempt: I restarted the hub again, waited for 30 minutes, then tried to add devices, and it started working and the device was added. The problem may be that I tried to add devices immediately after restarting the hub, but it takes some time for the hub to fully load and scan all the devices on the network (currently, there are 85 devices).

It’s possible that this was the cause. I’m glad the device was successfully added to the hub.
