Hi ! 

 

i have an old HTC2 SerNo lower than 6000 and now is broken, I have buy new HTC2 with 4,63 firmware that can't read my old backup, is possible to convert to be read from 4.63 ?

Backups are encrypted per hub, you can restore older backup on the new version but after migration of the configuration using our cloud services, here is the button:

You need to select the original hub as a donor, 2nd one as a target one and thats it.
This transfers cloud backups from one hub to another, at the same time it also transfers special encyption keys to also allow restoring the local backups on the new configuration.

If your old hub is completly dead you will need to ask support for the assistance here.

PS As long your old backup is on version 4.500 or higher it will just work :)

    my old backup is from 4.17 firmware and I have only a copy in pendrive because previous version have not backup on cloud :(

    It best to not leave the system for several years without updating.
