Question

Hi -
I've had many working Dimmer 2 set to use roller blind switches that rock up or down, where up turns on and down turns off, holding in ether direction dims up or down.
One of them now doesn't turn off with 'down'.
I can turn it on with up. Once on, I can only turn it off by pressing up again.
Any suggestions for how to get it working properly again?
