Hello guys

We initiated a factory reset on a HC3 Lite..

The process got to the point where there is the remote access being setup, and this page shows up.

It asks for name , email and password,

When i want to add my email, it throws an error, see the pic

Please login or register to see this attachment.

as i said, this happens after a factory reset..so i can not go to the next step.

Anyine can help here?

After a factory reset it is still bound to the old fibaro id 🤔
So the Fibaro ID used with it before have to log in and delete it to get access with a new one I guess? 🤔

    I kinda missunderstod.

You are most likely trying with the same Email/fibaro ID that was bound to the HC3L before Factory reset?
(after factory reset it is still bound to the fibaro id)
So this might be a bug 🤔

Or was the HC3L bound to another Email/Fibaro id before? (Not [email protected])
Then the old fibaro id user have to log in and remove the hub from their Fibaro ID.

Yea, If the old user havent deleted it from their Fibaro ID you have to provide Fibaro Support with a pic of the label and proffe of ownership or somthing like that for them to unbind it for you.

So, the hub when booted automatically connected to cloud and synchronised with existing account if it has this hub added in remote access services.

There are 2 ways of making the factory reset:
    1. From recovery - this cleans the hub only

    2. From normal web UI - there you can select different options (including removing the hub from existing remote access account).

So at the end, you can use both options as you like - but if you want to configure the hub in FTI mode there way be already an account with used the same email already associated with the system (in case of point 1).
