Today I noticed something in the Event Panel that I had not noticed before - and I would like to know what device "property" this data is coming from... The image shows events that are generated for a Horstmann HRT4-ZW (a.k.a. Secure SRT321). Normally I would see the changes to the "value" property in the event panel and it would show something like "16.00 > 21.00" to indicate that the desired room temperature as set on the thermostat has changed from 16 to 21 degrees Celcius. What I noticed now is updates like "0.00 > 1.00" and "1.00 > 0.00". These appear to represent the independent state-changes of the thermostat where "0.00 > 1.00" means that the thermostat is asking for heat (it wants to turn the boiler on) and "1.00 > 0.00" means that the thermostat is no longer asking for heat (it wants to turn the boiler off). These events started to show up whilst the heating zone was set to "away" mode with a fixed temperature. At some point the actual room temperature dropped below the configured temperature and therefore the thermostat started to ask for heat... I have not been able to find out what device property is used for these signals. I would like to detect these changes using a scene - but in order to do that I need to know where it is coming from. Does anybody know?
HRT4-ZW Wake-up time and battery usage
dcspock posted a question in Other Devices / Third-party devicesHi, to get to the point: - I am on HC2 software version 4.056 - I have 14 (!) HRT4-ZW version 5 which work astonishingly well together with the HRT4 ASR BUT since my update to 4.x I am running around each week-end to change the battery in at least one thermostat. The bug is mentioned by Fibaro itself in v 4.018 exactly ONE YEAR AGO (http://forum.fibaro.com/index.php?/topic/16346-update-hc2-4018-beta/?hl=hrt4-zw) and is since then on the "we know it"-list. I do not dare to ask when this fix will be in.. So instead I tried to set the "wake up interval (s)" in the advanced tab to 1800 (default) as it shows me currently 900. Entering 1800 and clicking on save - does nothing, 900 shows up again! Any ideas, anybody? Winter is coming - so ideas welcome from all of you, including Fibaro... Thanks all!
