  1. Hello, Every couple of days HC2 is giving 503 message and I need to manually restart it. I'm attaching a picture to better illustrate the situation. Also the service status seems to be self explicatory: {"HCServer":{"running":false,"status":"Process not running"},"Zwave":{"running":true,"status":"Ok"},"FibaroServices":{"running":true,"status":"Ok"},"RemoteAccess":{"running":true,"status":"Ok"}} HCServer is not running and any api calls that I make, even the reboot ones have no effect. I would appreciate very much any advise that you might have, I must also mention that I'm running the latest stable firmware but this behaviour was also happening with previous firmwares.
  2. Hello Fibaro Team, I own the HC2 and HCL in two separate locations. I used HC2 since 4 years and I only got hanging issues when I tried a new beta or experimental firmware. Now since over 2-3 month my HC2 is constantly loosing the ability to connect to it every 4-5 days. The device exterior is very hot and only power cycle works to make it work again. I tried soft mesh reset to whole ZWAVE network, I also resigned from the beta firmware and I run 4.550 version since a month. It did not resolve the issue. I only have 2 standard scenes so I see no overlap issue. Please let me know what can I do to overcome this issue.
  3. Singe update 4.037 my HC2 keeps getting the 503 Server unavailable error. Pushing reset services on the webpage works, but it crashes again quite fast. Has anybody else experienced this issue? I have tried to reset the z-wave network, but it did not help. Have thought of resetting the device to factory settings, but I cannot find an option for that (It was an option on v3), does anyone know if it is possible to factory reset?
