Problem with SP814 Everspring sensor and Horstmann Relay ASR

After installation of firmware 1.020 and full reset of HC2, I have a problem with SP814-1 motion sensor. HC2 decect this sensor, I can see it on my home of HC2, but it seems that is not working. After inclusion, sensor beeps for about 2-3 minutes and then it stops and never work, no motion detected.

I try to exclude-it, reset and re-include, many times, but nothing...

It is so strange, sensor worked properly with 1.019 firmware..

I noted that there is another problem with Horstmann Relay. When it is added to Horstmann thermostat HRT4-ZW, if I change (up or down) temperature on thermostat and thermostat turn on (or off) my boiler, HC2 not detect the change of status by Horstmann Relay. It's normal?

This issue is from 1.019 firmware release.

that is turned on by the SP814-1 till yesterday worked. for a night.

This night, NOTHING CHANGED i come in to the room no light is turned on I check my Fibaro the whole DUWI switch device is gone.. NO not dead Node GONE..!! WTF??

Hello,

Same problem with the everspring SP814. Include works in a second after that it seems the motion detector does not receives the ID from HC2. I think this because of the way the orange light keeps flashing for 3 minutes after the include (manual from everspring says this flashing means no ID received). After the 3 minutes the detector shuts down and doesn't start detecting...

Yes i did restore the motion detector to factory settings. (multiple times) Also exclude and then include....

My HC2 is in 1.024

I have a problem with SP814-1 motion Detector. HC2 accept the association ( in my case : ID 9 Node 5) with this sensor, but it appear like Motion Sensor and not Motion Detector and without reference and manucfactury.

in conclusion it doesn't work at all.

Otherless i have a smoke detector and the refence and manucfary is indicate in Device Type : SF812-1 Smoke Sensor Everspring

Have you test the Motion Detector Everspring SP814?

Any news about compatibility with motion detector Everspring SP814-1 ????

We are waiting for about 2 month...

It's a ENORMOUS problem, there are too many people (and also a lot of my customers...) who bought it and now are waiting for the correction of this bug.. and the detection is not usable... In fact, with 1.019 firmware it worked well, so I can't understand how for 4 next updates this device stop working.. don't you can restore old parameteres in you system and make it working? The big problem is that customers want money back for a system that is not completely working!!!

There is a model of motion detector that it works correctly?

EZMotion have also some issue depending of battery drain, so it is not completely usable in a normal installation.

Do you presume there will be an update of firmware to adjust this issue? It's programmed for the next 1.025 update? And specially... WHEN? (know a date al least helps me to calm my customers...)

I can only agree with what Lumel says. This problem doesn't seem rocketscience to me, since it worked with previous versions.

Hope Fibaro takes this issue at hearth and releases a firmware update ASAP.
