Problem with SP814 Everspring sensor and Horstmann Relay ASR

After installation of firmware 1.020 and full reset of HC2, I have a problem with SP814-1 motion sensor. HC2 decect this sensor, I can see it on my home of HC2, but it seems that is not working. After inclusion, sensor beeps for about 2-3 minutes and then it stops and never work, no motion detected.

I try to exclude-it, reset and re-include, many times, but nothing...

It is so strange, sensor worked properly with 1.019 firmware..

I noted that there is another problem with Horstmann Relay. When it is added to Horstmann thermostat HRT4-ZW, if I change (up or down) temperature on thermostat and thermostat turn on (or off) my boiler, HC2 not detect the change of status by Horstmann Relay. It's normal?

This issue is from 1.019 firmware release.

Dear Members

Still we are working intensively on compatibility of this device. There are several versions of the same sensor, and this can cause problems. Compatibility of our HC2 is no 1 priority, but tests can take some time.

For what it's worth, the Everspring SP103 motion sensors are still working fine with the last few updates to the firmware.

Better yet, today released 1.040 STILL NOT WORKING, so it'll be... NOT gonna happen?

The first time people told fibaro it's not working is March of this year and still not working.

As usual, in a couple of weeks when the update is ready bla bla.

I've got the HC2 when it got released the first day in the Netherlands, I'm a little fustraded that after almost a full Year the product is not working as promissed, and every time we tell fibaro they tell us to wait..!!

Bought 5 Everspring SP814 sensors thinking they would work with HC2 only to hear they don't work...and after trying many times I can confirm THEY DON'T

They're really good sensors which most users would EXPECT to be working with HC2 as its supposed to be the TOP Z-wave controller

I'm on firmware 1.40 but no joy...come on Fibaro sort this out ASAP as its been too long...or at least advise customers that it will not be a compatible Z-Wave sensor saving us time and money...

If any member has this sensor working could you please post your set-up procedure helping us poor frustrated folk

Fresh update to 3.580 but sp814-1 still didn't work.

I have exclude it from the hc2, reset the sp814, include it again, well recognize, work the 10 first minute and after that go to sleep and never wake up again, no detection.

Hello,

I am installing a Fibaro HCL also using Everspring SP814 motion sensors. It is possible to include the sensors but they do not work as expected. I tried a lot, found the way to have access to the parameters 4 to 6 but I cannot change the values. There is no motion detection although Fibaro HCL and Everspring SP814 should be compatible.

I got in touch with my dealer. He mentioned that I should contact the Fibaro Forum to find the answer of my questions. The last posting is from 2014-01-09, about 9 months ago. Is there any new information how to config the SP814 sensors?
