unable to logon after update to v2.140

I can't can't get access to my HC2 annymore since I upgraded to version v2.140.

Both the web interface en the iPhone App refuse my username and password. It worked fine a couple of minutes ago before the upgrade. I tried switching the device off and on without success.

Is there another way to get access? Whem i select "Forgot Your password?" and enter one of my user names i get "Username not found.". Can i return to the previous version or reset the admin password?

    I solved this problem.

    In order to access my system again I did a system recovery. After updating to the last regular version (v1.035) I restored a backup and my system was functioning well again.

    Then I installed the latest beta again. After the update was finished I looked at the "Access Controle Panel" and all the users where gone! I recreated them and refreshed my browser.

    Now I can log on normally.

    Same Problem here. after a power loss restart the home center don't let me enter in the system.

    Already tried. I Have tried my username, Admin /Admin admin/admin, ADMIN/ADMIN etc... seems that the HC2 refuse any kind of password.

    i had same thing couple of times, there is a bug in installation to new beta that only appears with some conditions (dont know what yet) so all users get deleted including admin/admin

    UPDATE: if i try to reach the HC2 from home.fibaro.com and choose the iPhone/android interface i am able to login and use some of the appliances

    As stated in the answer to my own question, it looks like the userdatabase is wiped during the installation of the update. The only way I could get it up an running was:

    - Restore to previous version

    - Install the beta update

    - Let it restart

    - Go in to the "Access Pannel" before you refresh your browser

    - Create new users

    If you refresh your browser direct after the installation of the beat update you cant access the HC2 anymore.
