try download update again, error 8 = bad checksum please do update again, after success you will have on recovery version 1.038

I installed the update, no problems at all.. only the minimote is universal sensor now

First attempt took took close to an hour and then came up with some fatalfileerror message. Second attempt was quick although it came up with a

"Upgrade Error: 27"
