3led to the right and the port 22 is open ,i have send my pubblic ip to fibaro assistance for remote assistance this mondey but i aven't reply of fibaro .....

Hello,

I made the update and everything worked fine, but a couple of days later the HC2 was off and when I started it all LED lights are on. Can't connect to it, can't find it with Fibaro Finder.

Tried to make the recovery by holding the "+" on the back of the HC2 whilst putting the power to it back on without success.

I'd appreciate any tips or solution.

@jbacklund Hello I don't know if it works for you but I have had the same problem. All LEDs on and blinking. Nothing works, no back-up etc. In my situation the power-unit was broken. A new powerunit to the fibaro and everything is working again. However, I have to say that if I meet another problem with the Fibaro I want my money back. I am tired of this thing. Now the update to .42 is not working......

My box doesn't propose to update (v1.038). how to get an update?

Same thing for me this is particularly borring. I have installed a box before this was OK and not this one. Please advise.
