You know you are funny guys. I find your complaints useful but you are becoming unbalanced through your rage.

I have to ask how long you have been using z-wave? Aeon has produced some cracking buggy stuff in the past. Why do you assume all the problem is Fibaro.

Look at the V1 HEM. a piece of Beta if ever I saw one. I thought it was the worst £100 I ever spent but I did get it working when the firmware was corrected.

I may not love Fibaro but I train my dog with treats not beatings. Beatings just get you bitten.

You do not need to look far to see that the multi sensor is a tricky devil.

This is the world we 're living in then if that statement of you is correct.

You buy a product, the product is not doing what is stated on the flyer and then you may NOT complane about it.

I did start of nicely asking Fibaro when the product THEY make are gonna work as promissed. But after a while 1 @#@# I'm done waiting and I want some answers.

I hope your dog does bite when he gets 3 weeks NO food.

This is how I feel like when it 2 degrees celcius and my fibaro just got an update and my Danfos is not working any more..!

Fibaro just go Lucky I do know how to solve it but not everyone that buys this product knows how to. For those people (and ofcourse myself) I do this.

SO yes let me bitch about something I did buy that is not working.

Actullay Skyhooper has to complane at Aeon, BUT in some HC2 versions this product worked and in some versions it broke down, like many other 3d party products.

Why then not a COMPLETE compatebility list.. (Robmac) that would then have stop Skyhooper form buying the 4on1.

Fibaro are selling incomplete solutions marketed as complete.

They finance their development through selling beta products, marketed as complete with fancy demostrationvideos. Now, they could easily have gotten away with it by not claiming the firmware as beta, and providing a better response to customers. Especially through being more active in the forum, addressing the complaints with acknowledgements.

I wonder if this really shouldn't have been a kick starter project...

I have absolutely no problems with their physical products (even HC2). They are among the best there is. I do however have a problem with the software, and the support.

Now, I could easily have gotten away fine with all this, but they have IonCubed their source code, so it's not easy to implement your own features. If support sucks, a quick solution is to open up the development more to allow for e willing community to step in. If the reason for having the source closed down is security, the obviously Fibaro have other problems. Think about it.
