HC2 with new hardware.

Since my HC2 broke down it can't be repaired.

I contacted my reseller and i will get another one.

It seems that about 2% of all HC2 boxes do have hardwareproblems.

Especially by updating your HC2 the problems appear

He told me to wait a couple of weeks because there will be a new schipment of HC2 homecenters with better and new hardware.

Anyone aware about a new homecenter ?

I have my HC2 since May and I think it is one with new hardware.

The HC2 has 4 USB ports instead of 2

hardware changed a litle but there is no diference in core components. change is becouse old mainboard is discontinued form one of our main suplier (intel) and right now there is newer revison of this mainboard. but this not influence on device or system. so dont care about this.

Why did my reseller say to wait for the new shipment ?

He easily could replace my box with another one, he still has some boxes in stock.

Sounds a little bit strange to me.........but don't shoot me if i'm wrong

In my experience the new box boots in half time of the old one.

for me it seems almost opposite, new box seems to take a little longer for starting up. But I havent take time yet to compare.

Is it possible to get know exactly what kind of main board is installed in both version of HC2?
