Same problem here with two of my dimmers. Definitely has something to do with association with S2, thus both the dimmers worked perfectly before associated with another device.

I hope this is looked into soon by Fibaro.

Lundan, try the setup I'm trying. Parameter 41 active + direct association. Is the issue still apparent? I'm giving this setup a chance for a while, it's worth a shot. The only downside it the tiny delay that is introduced as the dimmer waits 3-500ms for further clicks but this is perfectly fine in my opinion considering the alternative.

I've changed the way I use S1 quite much since I filed the bug (lots of scenes and association with a "dimmer scene" that catches all dimmer activity and I'm very happy with this although this i a wide spread and documented issue that really should be properly addressed.

Scratch that, the issue remains. I removed the associations again.
