As the HC lite launched we also launched with our new webshop

Please login or register to see this link.

one very goog thing to look at is free configuration for purchased products! Get a bundle and let us know how you want it to work and we configure it for You so you get really plug and play solution.

Im pretty sure that we have some of the most exclusive Fibaro projects out there so knowledge is good:)

and like stated earlier, HC Lite is in stock tomorrow but as always in the beginning quantities drop fast!

Fibaro, i got a few questions before purchasing the HCL.

I really need to figure out regarding graphs. Can I see graphs using HCL? For Energy, temp, luminance etc? If not, will it come soon?

- Will it be possible to create a scene and trigger a HTTP request string with variable (Since no LUA). Like IF Alarm is activated send HTTP request

Please login or register to see this link.

- The GSM/Battery plugins. When avalible and it only for additional ISP and power backup?

- What is the performance compared to HC2?

- Are there any API avalible to the box?

- Can i in the IOS App see any type of event log. eg. at 12:01:01 the Hallway light was turned on to 50%

Just a quick replay.

performance looks fine..Don't see any differences compared to the HC2 (Only few devices)

All the functions looks fine..same as the HC2

The only thing what I miss is the Lua part...

This needs also to be reported.

Very low power consumption

Does HCL support Virtual device? Can we still have Http control like XBMC?

There is support for virtual devices...but no Lua...

Can I buy a HCL and add it as a gateway connection to control all the devices paired to it via my main HC2? That way I can still use LUA and other features?

Yes You can. But by now there is no option for gateway with HC2. We need to wait for software update...

Does Lite lite support http-requests?

That'd be interesting to know, I'd like to be able to control my Popcorn Hour A300 with HCL and be able to build scenes dependent on the status (playing, paused, stopped, etc)

Thx.

Fibaro, as Lua is not supported in the HCL, will the use of Plugins created by others be possible in OS 4.xx ?

If you want coding functionality and it is still possible to send http via a virtual device, you could use a webserver with some scripting to take care of the code work and then just send the necessary http requests back to the HCL... But that ofcourse is a little backwards instead of just buying the full HC2. For a big complex install, the higher HC2 price shouldn't really be that big a cost. I've already spent on the good side of 3000 € on my project and I'm far from done. So the HC2 is only a small part of the cost - and the full functionality is really a big + on a project as complex as mine. So I can see the HCL being good for smaller, simple installations. But for big projects, it would be a funny place to try and save money, imho, as you will run into limitations.

Nice solution. A question regarding API on Home Center, is it also available in the Lite version?
