WARNING! In case of update from old version, v1.x, after that update all users will be deleted. Admin password will be reset. Also all devices will be automatically reconfigured to work with new system architecture. Reconfiguration progress will be shown in pop-up window.

This update can last longer than previous. If this update lasts longer than 30 minutes, please go to main HC2 address (e.g. 192.168.0.1).

If "System temporarily unavailable" text will appear during update, please wait - you will be redirected to the main page when all services start.

Every single time I do a stable update, my HC2 gets stuck. (All lights lit). Only after unplugging and pluging it back in again, multiple times it runs again. Last two updates I could live with it, but now i'm done with it.

Same scenario for me. I had to restart 12 times, unplug several times for the box to restart. All led were lit

HC2 boots, but all z-wave devices are not working (information received but no control).

I have a ferry humble house, 10 dimmers 5 sockets expand a HRT thermostat. Not that much. Waited a long time. Nothing!

Problems here as well.

System is stuck in "Update in progress" and the stating "Upgrade Error: 6"

Only option is unplugging and rebooting, but then the system falls back on old firmware and the above loop repeats.

Any way to reset the loop, expect by making a complete restore?

With about 30 devices

it took less than 5 minutes to upgrade from 3.583 beta.

I waited +-45 minutes after clicking START. then as all the led were lit blue for all that time I decided to shutdown the box and then had to try 12 times before it restarted.

Now the box is restarted for 21 minutes. It was first very fast and very reactive for +-3 minutes then it became very very slow and unresponsive for 15 minutes and now all seems to work like before, not very fast but fast as usual.

Sander, gomba777, when all leds lit mean that system is not starting, if after unplugging power and plugging it again you still got that error mean that is something wrong with system then you gonna need do recovery. If you gonna have all leds lit Hc2 gonna have go back to us

shapa, recover backup and later check do you got unconfigured devices. If you gonna have still problem please contact with our support [email protected]

Updated my HC2 with no problems. At first it seems my android app had delay but going to wifi it was fast and smooth. No problems here.

How many backups do you have - who have trouble with update?

How can so many people doing the same thing get so many different answers.

For me this time 100% OK.

Fast install and rebooted all by itself. All working.

97 nodes 165 devices 60 scenes 14 virtual devices

Still all light are lit and no recovery. Very disappointed! Contact my vendor tomorrow but I don't think I have any warranty on it anymore. How to proceed if not?!

Guys, I upgraded to the 3590, lasted less than 5 minutes and everything went ok.

Only two requests, completed the module alarm and location for iPad.
