hello averyone. I have a problem, I do not have remote access to hc2 .From ip address from the remote works from .While app and home.fibaro .com not access. The port is open

Port is not needed to be open for home.fibaro.com remote access to work.

amoscaceca, remote access in mobile app is also provided by home.fibaro.com Do you have account there and configured your app to connect with it?

    I just created a user, and cant get access from home.fibaro.com or the iphone or ipad apps.

    No. There it is only thinking and nothing is happening. Tried to dele and add the HC2 without any change.

    My own router, and HC2 i restartet just to be sure. I can access my pc from outside, without any problems.

    Have you fixed it? The same thing is happening to me. I left my home yesterday, all good. Later yesterday my access stopped working- I can login but the home centre is dimmed, I can't access it. But at night without doing anything it was working again. And now I can't access. I'm lost in it.

    No not yet. Fibaro is working on it. So I put my trust in them

    Just got the message today, that the error was in the beta 4.017 that I was using.

    i am not using any beta versions just the last official

    For me it seems to be working now. Try to change the settings to static IP, mabe it will help. I changed that few times and it is all good now.

    i have the same problem. no remote access. but only every day between 7:00 and 9:00.

    Yes, been facing no remote access for the past few days. Seems like it's just up.

    Perhaps Fibaro developers can update us whenever the remote server is down? Perhaps for maintenance or something? Do an shoutout on the forum or on the fibaro home center home page.

    Hello,

    i have the same problem. Remote access via the Remote server works (most of the time), but without filling the Remote Server fields in my android app (when i click skip here) and just fill in the LAN settings, it tells me that my user / password is not correct.... well, it is correct actually.

    yeah m-joy, made me delete my account and created another one. Was thinking what was happening. Perhaps we could come out with some scene to check if the remote server is down? informing us of the failure in case we keep wondering what is wrong.

    Ok, I'm back on the same problem. On the local network it works, but when I'm on mobile network it says home centre not found. Just yesterday it was working with no problem.
