Issue updating from 1.040 to 1.047 after 4.017 recovery

Question

Posted

Hi,

I am having issues updating from 1.040 to 1.047.

After "Downloading recover update (728MB)" I get "Upgrade Error: runFileErrorCode".

I have attempted a couple times without success, rebooted, unplugged power etc.

Anyone have any ideas? I would like to go back to 3.590 until issues are resolved with 4.X.

Thanks in advance.

tvamvaki, it is not really connected to the problem the statement was for. We checked your problem and we were not able to recreate it. Please try again, maybe there was some connection error.

    Thanks for the reply.

I just ran the update again (4th time). Unfortunately it failed again at exactly 83%.

It has failed at 83% every time.

    Thanks
