The tidle has multi meanings depending on logic or mathematics does the tidle ~= in scene means approx equal to or not equal to? i assume approx as we already have a not equal to... also does anyone know the threshold? is it percentage of value? any thoughts?

I currently use it for a kettle
scene1:
w > 50 then boiling
scene2:
w ~= 0 then boiled
it seems to work... but i have used it properly?
