As a beginner to all things Fibaro I need advice on make my simple light scene work as I would like.   I can get my Fibaro motion sensor to trigger a scene on my HC2 to turn a light ON ok, and another to turn it OFF after a pre-set time.  However I would like the light to stay ON as long as movement is repeatedly detected, in other words I want the motion to reset the OFF timer each time movement is detected.

I see the sensor has a "sustain mode" which I think could help here  (not sure how to activate this?),  but also this would not work if I wanted to have different OFF delays for different times of the day.

Is this possible in block programming or do I need to learn some LUA to achieve this?

All help appreciated...!

If you want to keep it simple, use two scenes.

The second scene should turn off the light when the sensor has ben "safe" for atleast X seconds

I thought I had done this JanJoh but I found the light would go off after the time after the first "safe" regardless of any subsequent motion.   I put the time delay in the red box after the "turn off light" action in the off scene.  Is this not correct?

This is most helpful Sir. Many thanks.

One question: What is the green box with "Noc" in the light on scene?

"Noc" is a variable that tells the scene if it is Day or Night.

I use a similar script, but instead of a Day/Night variable, I use the sensors built in light sensor to determine if the light should be switched on or not. So even when it is dark during bad weather the light will switch on.

Built in light sensor has slow response to illumination changes. That's why I did this, I promněnou which adjusts according to sunrise and sunset. Quick reposnse is bad for batery live. But both ways are posible
