HCL+HC2

Hello guys

 

I am facing a problem when adding a HCL to my HC2

My HC2 is 3.6 version and HCL is 3.593

I need to add the HCL as a gateway. After adding it and the connectivity is checked, i cant see any shared devices.

Tried syncing adding removing nothing happened

 

Any suggestions?

Same problem here.  I used to connecting both under version 3.xxx okay.  But once I have switched the HCL to a new one then they cannot be connected.

It worked with me

I had to add each 5 devices separately

Since i have like 30 devices i have done the adding process 6 times

 

The fibaro support reply was

"You should use the admin account to be able to add the HCL" :S

I have done that now.  I found the software version is the main problem of my case.  I have downgraded my HC2 back to 3.59 then it works.  Also the room setup of the HCL has made the transfer not possible.  So I have put all as unassign then it import fine.
