Roller Shuter issue

Dear Fibaro community,

 

until today i had no issue´s with my fibaro Equipment. No i hope that somebody got an idea to help me with this issue:

 

i mount the fibaro roller shutter (i think) correctly with the Roller engine and connect the module with the HC2. After this i started the calibration (in HC2) and the roller moved up down and up. Now i wanted to use the app(or within HC2 the arrows up/down) to open and Close the shutter but beside a click-sound and the Red and green light in the module nothing happend. Also the Manual switch doesn´t work. When i make a calibration run and use the Manual Switch the calibration stops.

 

Do you might have an idea how to solve this issue?

Is there no reaction at all to the physical switches? Is clicking sound always present? If so, it means that module works, but for some reason blind does not respond. Can you post a picture of the wiring?

Hi j.nowacki, The physical Switch "works" when i Interrupt the calibration but it doesn´t work in the normal usage. When i use the "UP" Switch also the Green Light in the Modul goes on but nothing happens with the Roller. Is the Physical Switch related to the Arrows within the application?

 

Maybe the impuls is to short and the roller needs 1 second until its moving?

 

After i ran the calibration, do i Need to save something? i realy don´t understand why the calibration works fine the usage of the arrows doesn´t.

 

I can post a Picture of the wiring by the Weekend as i am on a businesstrip this week.

When the blind is all the way up after calibration have you tried pressing the up button to see if the blind goes down in case the switch is wired backwards?

Yes i tried. And red light shows up in the module.

Set parameter 18 to 0 and see if blind moves.

Hi ... it works BUT i can't use the app with the "percentage" line. It works with the manual switch as well as with the arrows on the web application. Do you might have a hint for this topic as well?
