@twanve that would be nice, however unlikely manufacturing production, software development process is not really something you can investigate by looking at people working. I think the best way to prove our users we are working are further releases with more fixes, don't you agree?

And a sw roadmap ...

Dear Fibaro,

Good companies have something called "roadmap" - for existing customers willing to decide if they want to spend their money and new - when they want to invest. I took the bait for not working feature and slowly start to regret my decision....

It is true that lot of people spent let's say "good 2 weeks havaii vacation" for system and when "renewal" time come - they doubt in you.

I'm not power user, i'm not celebrity or someone who need to be cared and treated as VIP or something....

but sometime i think that more fun would be to buy old 4x4 used car and push it to limit than have something not working as advertised, giving issues, flase alarms, requiring more investments from 3rd party solutions to work as should be etc...

so this is my, frustrated question:

show me the roadmap - i will show you the money

I think the roadmap would be good and at the same time, review of their fundamentals would be good for Fibaro. The fact that each release seems to fix some things and break others is indicative of issues with the fundamental design. In any case, they should revisit this and not go on about new products. I thought, V4 was meant to be that. Alas.. it has turned out to be different in the wrong way.

I want my home automation system to be reliable and something I can depend upon.. at present, I don't think I can rely upon HC2. Far too fragile.

The slowdown in 4.xxa hot fix releases indicates Fibaro is doing their homework - it remains to bee seen if they will come out on top of their class...
